This notice explains how information submitted through this website is handled. It applies to the inquiry form, the contact email link and basic technical data generated when you visit the site.

The form is submitted to a third-party form-delivery service (Formspree), which forwards the message to our sales mailbox. That provider processes the submitted content only to deliver the email. We recommend reviewing their terms before submitting sensitive information.

6. Retention

Inquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months so we can handle follow-up questions and repeat orders, unless a longer period is required by contract or law. After that they are deleted.

7. Sharing

Only the form-delivery provider and our email hosting provider handle the data on our behalf. We may disclose information if legally required to do so.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to processing, or ask for a copy of what you submitted. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The only local storage used is the language preference described above. If analytics is added later, this notice will be updated first.
