Manufacturing & Delivery
Made in Tianchang. Prepared for project supply.
Cable production and instrument assembly are supported by in-house inspection and order preparation. Construction, standards, packing and delivery requirements are reviewed before quotation.
Instrument Production Line
Temperature, pressure, flow and level instruments are assembled and calibrated on dedicated lines, with probe welding, terminal heads and transmitter mounting prepared to the agreed drawing.
Cable Production Workshop
Stranding, insulation extrusion, cabling, sheathing and drum packing run in the group's own cable workshops, supported by a 4,500 m² CNAS-accredited testing centre.
Electrical & Tray Workshop
LV/MV switchgear panels and polymer cable trays are fabricated in-house. Panel qualifications cover GGD, MNS, GCS and other LV types plus 10 kV and 35 kV MV switchgear and ring-main units, with ABB MNS2.0 and MNS-E licences.
Temperature Measurement
Sensors matched to the process, not just the catalogue.
Medium, temperature range, pressure, insertion length, thread and output signal decide which thermocouple, RTD or transmitter fits. Send the process conditions and we will confirm the construction with you.

Quality & Testing
CNAS-accredited laboratories in-house
The group's cable testing centre passed CNAS laboratory accreditation in August 2016. It covers 4,500 m² with sample preparation, structure and dimension, electrical, mechanical, high/low-temperature and burning test rooms. The instrument metrology centre is accredited for 7 items in mechanics and thermometry, including noble-metal and base-metal thermocouples, industrial RTDs, temperature transmitters, bimetal thermometers, precision pressure gauges and pressure transmitters.

What to send with your first inquiry
What information do you need for a cable quotation?
Voltage rating, conductor size and material, number of cores, insulation and sheath type, standard or construction, quantity, packing preference and destination port. A BOQ or cable schedule is the fastest way to start.
What information is needed to select a temperature sensor?
Process medium, normal and maximum temperature, pressure, flow or vibration conditions, insertion length, thread or flange connection, required output (thermocouple type, RTD, 4-20 mA) and whether the area is classified as hazardous.
Can you supply against a specific standard?
Tell us the standard or project specification you are working to. We will confirm whether it can be met for that item, and note any deviation in writing before the order is placed.
How are cables packed and shipped?
Power and control cables are normally supplied on wooden or steel drums; smaller sizes and wires can be coiled. Drum length, marking, shipping marks and documents are agreed per order. Shipping terms and port of loading are confirmed in the quotation.
Are samples available before an order?
Sample and short-length requests are reviewed case by case depending on the product family and quantity. Ask with your specification and we will confirm what can be provided.
